Tim joined BNI in 1995.  His company America’s Premiere Mortgage is in four chapters because of his success as a BNI member.  Tim has been in the real estate business since 1977, a loan officer for eight years and a commercial lender/broker for three years.  He has extensive training & experience in public speaking.  Tim was trained in public speaking by the Decker Corporation in New York the same company that has trained some of the past Presidents of the United States in public speaking.  He enjoys taking boring material and making it interesting and challenging plus adding a splash of good old fashion humor. 

Not only is Tim a certified MSP trainer he is also a state approved real estate trainer.  He also used to be a radio celebrity in Flint.  The name of his radio show was called “Your Money Matters” and it ran in the Flint market for over three years.  If all goes well the show will be back on the radio this fall.

Tim states that after being properly trained the BNI way he found out what BNI really stands for Bigger Net Income; his company’s investment into BNI nets his company over $30,000 a year per seat!   Tim says, "I've seen a lot of different marketing techniques but BNI has them all beat; but if you are not trained properly and you don't plug into the BNI system you will never reach your full potential when it comes to networking!!"
