Cedric McSween

Cedric has been a BNI member since 1998, and became a BNI Director in 2000. Cedric operates Premier Solutions a Health Insurance Agency in Southfield Michigan where he attributes most of his success from being involved in BNI. His previous professions were a Telecom Business Owner, and a Professional Speaker on the national circuit.

Cedric has the following words to say...

I truly believe in the Giver's Gain philosophy. Helping others to accomplish their goals is one of the most gratifying feelings you could ever imagine! When I have the opportunity to train members in MSP, it's easy for me to put myself into their shoes while listening to what is being taught. I want to challenge each and every member to find the connection that BNI is not just a get rich-quick scheme, but a long term proposition (Training + Time + Trust =VALUE). In order to teach it, I have to believe it and live it!! My ultimate goal through every training program is to make a difference in the lives of others, one member at a time!
