Asa became a BNI member in 2004, but his affiliation with BNI began a couple of years prior.  While working in a retail electronics store, Asa was actually referred by a coworker to a member of a BNI chapter, who was a recruiter for an insurance company.  He got into his CAREER as a result of a BNI referral!  When people ask him how much business he attributes to his involvement in BNI, his answer is “All of my business!”  Asa is passionate about the 4 M’s in BNI – Members Making More Money, which he believes is best achieved when chapters immerse themselves in a culture of learning.  He especially enjoys it when seasoned members attend Member Success Program, because it helps them refocus how they can develop relationships with their referral partners.
